ABOUT  OUR  FIRM

 
   Our firm was founded over 30 years ago by Gary A. York, Certified Public Accountant, Certified Financial Planner.   

He borrowed an office from a friend, sat at a desk loaned from another friend, and purchased his first calculator on time payments.  From that more than humble beginning we have built a CPA Firm that handles over 2,500 tax returns with clients in 38 different states.   

   Since that time in 1975 our firm has also grown in providing services to clients that compliment income tax planning  and preparation.  Our firm can assist you in achieving your goals for short and long term security.  ( Gary is a firm believer that each year his clients'  net worth should be growing - just saving taxes is not enough these days.)  For the past 20 years, we have been associated with law firms who assist us in Estate Planning, Revocable Living Trusts, Medical and Educational Reimbursement Plans, and in forming "S" and "C" Corporations, Limited Liability Companies, and Family Limited Partnerships - all designed to save you taxes while protecting your assets. 

   We are a full-time, service oriented firm located in the Sugarhouse area of Salt Lake City.  We are ready to help you  with all of your personal and small business needs.
